Returns and Exchanges

Our first step in achieving this goal is being upfront with you about what you can expect from us regarding returns, refunds and exchanges.

You can return any item/s that you’ve purchased within 30 days of the day which you received your order. After the 30 days, all sales are final. In order to return an item, send an email to returns@manierfan.com, including the word “Return” and the order number in the subject line. We will respond within 3 business days with our shipping address and further instructions. Once we have received the returned item/s, we will issue a full refund for the item/s you returned to the PayPal account or credit card that was used at the time of purchase.

If there are any defects with any of the item/s that you’ve ordered, we will issue a replacement free of charge. Simply send an email to returns@manierfan.com, including the word “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. Give us a brief description of the problem, and we will respond within 3 business days. Once the replacement has been approved, the replacement item/s will be shipped within 10 business days.
